Our Story
Fair Acres Estate is a charming, elegant, down-to-earth, family run venue .We take pride in our private and picturesque location and exceptional service. Featured in Virginia Bridal Magazine, we are known for our attention to detail and personalized approach. Although we temporarily closed our gates due to COVID-19, we are thrilled to announce that we are reopening and ready to make your dream wedding a reality.

Lush green lawns surrounded by an ornate gazebo, lovely trees and garden beds are perfect for a ceremony. Offering multiple different locations to hold a cocktail hour, indoor and outdoor, Fair Acres Estate gives you the freedom to execute your dreams. Also includes large, flat, sand-footed area that houses a large white tent and large dance floor .

Access to the venue from 7:00AM day of until 11:30PM
